For customers that are on a maintenance plan with us, we have a software that’s installed on your computer’s task bar.
- On your computer, by the bottom-right corner of your screen, where the CLOCK is, locate our support logo.
The logo looks like this:
- Click on that icon, and a menu will open up:
- to create a ticket. choose “Create Support Ticket” and a window will open…
- Please use the “Attach Screenshot” to attach any error messages that are showing on your screen that you want to report to our engineer.
- Please be as descriptive as possible.
- Please change the urgency level according to real needs…don’t “cry wolf” please…
