This article should be used by our customers who are on a monthly service plan, and have a user account set up on our portal.
- To log into the client portal please click here.
- If our office has not provided you with a username and login for the portal, please contact us via telephone at (480) 614 – 4227 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once you access the portal, under the options column, click on the (highlighted) icon and it will open a new window.
- The next window will ask for an access code, click on the more button.
- Then enter your work login credentials as you normally do. Note: this is the username and password that you login to your computer every day with.
- You will then be connected to the dashboard, click on remote control and it will open your desktop and ask for login credentials.
