This article will show how to install our LogMeIn agent on your PC/ Mac, to allow our engineer a secured way to remotely connect to your computer.
Note that this is NOT our one-time support software, and it will NOT be removed automatically from your PC at the end of the support session. LogMeIn is intended for continuous remote support and as long as it’s installed on your computer, our engineer will be able to remotely connect to your computer, assuming we have a valid username and password for your computer.
Please do not use this program/ do not install this agent, unless specifically asked by our engineer.

- Enter a friendly name, to allow us to recognize your computer, later when we try to connect to it:
- Follow the instructions on the screen. Once installation is completed successfully, we will be notified that your computer was added to our LogMeIn secure portal. You may also send us an Email to let us know you were able to complete the installation.
