If you need to update your credit card information on our control panel of our Hosted Exchange, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://controlpanel.msoutlookonline.net/asp/User/Login.asp
- Log in with your MAIN accout info. This is almost always NOT the same password as your Email account…
- If you need to reset this password, please Email us at email@example.com and request a password reset.
- Only the account OWNER can request this, and get a new password…
- We usually reset it within minutes, and email you the new password.
- Click on the word “Account” on the top:
- To change / adjust billing information, click on “Billing and Company Information”:
- Please make sure and confirm that Method is set to “Credit Card”:
- Please make sure that you are not being prompted to save a second time, it will sometimes adjust the billing info and need additional verification before actually saving changes.
- Once done- please let us know that it’s done, but sending an Email to the person that requested that you change the billing info, or simply email Accounting@LegalTechnology.solutions .
